We Are
Koboku.

An AI Creative Direction studio founded on discipline, strategy, and cinematic taste — operating at the speed and cost traditional agencies cannot match.

Philosophy 枯木

The Name.
The Philosophy.

Koboku — 枯木 — is one of the most celebrated ink paintings by Miyamoto Musashi, the undefeated swordsman who sought mastery through art as much as combat. A withered tree rendered with absolute precision. Economy of form. Intentionality in every stroke.

That is how we approach AI creative direction: disciplined vision, no wasted motion, results that land. We are not prompt engineers. We are strategic multipliers — directors who understand that the brief is only the beginning.

How We Work
01

Brief & Strategy

Every project starts with a deep strategic conversation. We learn your brand world, your audience, your ambitions. The creative direction emerges from understanding, not guesswork.

02

Creative Direction

We develop the visual concept — mood, references, aesthetic framework. This is where human taste and strategic vision define the entire output. AI is the tool; we are the directors.

03

Production at Speed

Using the most advanced generative tools — image, video, motion — we produce at a pace and scale traditional production cannot approach. Days, not weeks. Assets, not mockups.

04

Delivery & Iteration

Final assets formatted for every channel and context. We iterate fast, refine precisely, and deliver work that performs — not just work that looks good in a deck.

Portrait

Simone
Niba.

Born and raised in Florence. Graduate in Business Administration from the University of Florence. World-class kendo athlete and current member of the Italian National Team, training to compete in the 2027 Kendo World Championship in Japan.

Simone developed his creative eye through music — recording two singles in Los Angeles with Grammy-winning producer Sam Homaee — and through cinema, working on music-video sets with Giovanni de Chiara, one of the youngest cinematographers in the Italian film industry. Through continuous work as a model for high-end Italian houses like Piero Tucci and Gino Lopez, he refined the strategic vision and creative direction that now drive Koboku.

The thread running through all of it — music, film, modelling, kendo — is the same: discipline as a form of creativity.

What We Stand For
Discipline

No wasted motion. Every creative decision serves a strategic purpose. We bring the rigour of martial arts training to every brief.

Speed

What takes agencies weeks, we deliver in days. AI tools combined with tight creative direction compress timelines without sacrificing quality.

Taste

AI is only as good as the human directing it. We bring years of cultural immersion, artistic training, and strategic thinking to every prompt and every pixel.
